Panel 10: seasonal T-RFLP

The fungi of Panel 5 (below, top) and 6 α-proteobacters (below, bottom) dominated the T-RFLP chromatogram area (below left, early-decay blades [Panel 2]; right, late-decay). Y-axes = % of area; x-axes = 5 seasons of sampling (Jul-Jul). Are there mutualisms among these microbes?
